Baillon, Thome to Present on When Workplace Conduct Becomes Actionable

January 9, 2018 – Firm partners Frances Baillon and Joni Thome will present on workplace conduct at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Alumni CLE Series. Entitled, “Wait…That Happened at Work?: When Inappropriate Workplace Conduct Becomes Actionable,” this CLE will explore when and how employees and employers cross the line from irritating to actionable under state and federal law. Frances Baillon is a founding partner of Baillon Thome Jozwiak & Wanta LLP and represents employees facing workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and unlawful termination. Frances is an MSBA certified employment law specialist and has argued cases before the Minnesota state and federal district courts, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
