Baillon Moderates CLE Presentation on Lack of Diversity in Law Firms

Today, firm partner Frances Baillon moderated a CLE presentation titled “Diversity in law firms – Why it is lacking and strategies to address it”. Panelist included Jenny Gassman-Pines of Greene Espel PLLP, Melissa Muro LaMere of Maslon LLP, and Rick Petry of Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The knowledgeable panelists spoke of their own experiences and insights while addressing the reasons and potential solutions concerning the lack of diversity in the legal profession.
