June 26, 2018 – Baillon Thome Jozwiak & Wanta LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Dustin Massie has been named to the list of “2018 Up & Coming Attorneys” by Minnesota Lawyer. Each year, Minnesota Lawyer recognizes a small group of stand-out attorneys who are in their first 10 years of practice. The award honors those who have distinguished themselves through leadership, professional accomplishment and service to the community and the profession.
Dustin Massie is a driven advocate for employees who have experienced wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment and other illegal treatment in the workplace. His articles on hostile work environment, genetic testing and class actions have appeared in local and national publications. Dustin serves on boards and committees of several local and national organizations, including: co-chairing the Federal Bar Association, Minnesota Chapter’s Newer Lawyer Program; serving on the FBA Labor & Employment Law Section’s Committee on Legislation and Congressional Relations; and serving as secretary of the Germanic-American Institute. Further, Dustin is a Pro Se Project volunteer attorney with the FBA’s Minnesota Chapter and a Mentorship Program volunteer.
