As reported in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal on October 4, 2021, firm attorney Scott Moriarity filed a whistleblower lawsuit against RSM US Wealth Management. The lawsuit alleges that RSM fired the whistleblower for reporting her supervisor’s illegal attempt to trade on a deceased client’s account. The whistleblower now brings action under the Minnesota Whistleblower Act, demanding that RSM pay her wage losses and other damages.
