Jozwiak Presents on Drafting Effective Settlement Agreements

October 10, 2017 - Firm partner Chris Jozwiak took part in a panel discussion to the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (Minnesota-NELA) on the effective drafting of employment settlement agreements. Chris joined attorney Sarah Bushnell of Arthur Chapman Kettering Smetak & Pikala PA to share their experience and discuss how both parties in an employment law dispute can benefit from a simplified and concise settlement agreement. Earlier this year, Chris and Sarah published an article in the July 2017 issue of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Bench & Bar of Minnesota magazine examining this topic in greater detail. You can read the article in full here.
