April 14, 2017 - Firm partner Chris Jozwiak took part in a panel discussion on the topic of employment law mediations in a Minnesota Coninuting Legal Education seminar entitled, “Mediating the Challenging Employment Law Matter and Tips to be Effective.” Chris joined a panel of employment law experts, including Martin B. Ho of Stingley & Ho, P.L.L.P. and Kate Mrkonich Wilson of Littler Mendelson P.C., to discuss the difficult situations that can often arise during employment law mediations. The panelists shared real life experiences that demonstrated how to effectively navigate these situations from an employee, employer and neutral perspective.
Chris Jozwiak is a founding partner of Baillon Thome Jozwiak & Wanta LLP and frequently presents on topics concerning employment, whistleblower and consumer law.
