Baillon, Thome and Wanta Present at Eighth Circuit NELA Conference

April 12, 2018 – Last week, firm partners Frances Baillon, Joni Thome and Shawn Wanta presented at the Eighth Circuit NELA Conference held in downtown Minneapolis. This two-day biennial conference brought together lawyers and professionals from Minnesota, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska who represent employees and face common substantive issues to the practice of employment law in the Eighth Circuit.

March 15, 2018 – This week, firm partners Chris Jozwiak and Frances Baillon presented to legal practitioners on key issues in employment law. Chris presented to members of the Minnesota Association for Justice on the “Top 10 Things to Know about Employment Law.” Frances presented to members of the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (MN-NELA) on “Appellate Practice in Employment Law Cases.”

Gillette Presents at Workers’ Compensation Seminar

Organized by the FBA, the conference brought together young attorneys and legal minds from around the country to discuss ways to help up-and-coming lawyers build their practice and become leaders in the legal community. Baillon Presents on Employment Settlement Agreements
